Accepted Methods of Payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club), Amazon Pay, PayPal, and bank transfer only. Payment confirmation at time of order. Turnaround and delivery time: following confirmation of order and payment, crafting process takes approximately 3 months; product will be shipped within 2~4 business days of completion.

Shipping and Delivery: We will ship to the registered address at the time of order confirmation. In-store pick-up is also available (please contact us to arrange). See Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Returns and Exchanges: we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of defective products. Please take care to avoid cases of mistaken orders or incorrect sizing. We will bear the full cost of return shipping, provided we are contacted in advance and all return procedures are followed. Refunds will be processed following confirmation of each return or exchange, and in accordance with our established policies. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges policy for details. Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of order; cancellations after this period will not be accepted for any reason.

Return Period: in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we cannot accept normal returns regardless of time period.
