*Please note that this English translation of our Returns & Exchanges policy is provided as reference only, and in any and all disputes the original Japanese text shall take precedence.

This Returns & Exchanges policy (hereinafter referred to as "Returns & Exchanges policy" establishes the protocol for returns and refunds for services (hereinafter referred to as "our services") provided by HOSHINO (hereinafter referred to as "our company") via this website. Registered customers (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "users") agree to adhere to the Returns & Exchanges policy by using our services.

We will remake the product or offer full refund if and only if the product is defective and all of the following criteria are met:

There are obvious defects with the product or materials that are observable within the scope of our inspection standards, and cannot be attributed to the use of natural materials.

  • The products are unworn and unused, with no signs or wear or use after delivery.
  • There are no missing products or pieces (including tags, etc) at the time of return.
  • All documentation specified by our company has been enclosed at the time of return
  • The products have not been previously exchanged
  • The products (including box and any accessories) are returned in identical condition as when they were shipped.
  • The product is not designated as ineligible for exchanges, returns, or cancellations (such as sale items).
  • The user has not deemed ineligible for exchanges, returns, or cancellations due to previous misconduct or abuse of our services.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, our company deems the product to be eligible for return. exchange, or cancellation.

Upon receipt and confirmation of the product's eligibility for exchange, return, or cancellation, our company will send an email to the user with detailed instructions regarding the refund process within 7 business days.

Please adhere to the instructions in the email. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment only. If the user is only able to accept the refund via an alternative payment method, the refund will not be processed regardless of whether or not the product was determined to be otherwise eligible.

If the refund is not processed, the product will be store for 15 days after which time it will be disposed of. Users may request within 14 days for the item to be sent back to them (at the user's cost). Requests for the items to be sent back beyond this period will not be granted, regardless of reason.

●Credit card payments: refunds will be processed through the credit card company. If the payment has already been approved by the credit card company, the full amount will be charged, and the difference will then be refunded the following month.

●Bank transfer: full amount will be refunded to specified bank account in user's name. Please note that the refund amount covers only the price of the purchased product; any transaction fees associated with bank transactions are the sole responsibility of the user, and will not be included in the refunded amount under any circumstances.
