When can I expect my order to arrive?
A
Approximately 2 months from date of order. Each individual pair is handcrafted by our shoemakers. Thus the actual time for complete may vary by as miuch as 1 month, depending on factors such as type of shoe and timing of the order. Thank you for your understanding.

I was hoping to wear my shoes to a special event or on a trip. Is it possible to expedite my order?
A
Please contact us directly. Normal time for completion is approximately 2 months. However, we may be able to accommodate some requests for shoes to be completed more quickly in certain circumstances. (contact us)

Can I try before I buy?

Please visit one of our Tokyo locations, or come to one of our regularly-held trunk shows in Osaka, Fukuoka, or Nagoya. Although we are based in Tokyo, we also accept reservations for our trunk shows in Osaka, Fukuoka, and Nagoya several times throughout the year. Reservations available here.

Do you do repairs?

For normal repairs we have both in-store and mail-in options available. Please send your shoes to our Ginza Flagship in Tokyo (address below). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. You can also make a reservation to bring your shoes to one of our Tokyo locations, or to a specific trunk show in your city. Make a reservation here. (contact us)
