Careful layering of plant-based dye directly onto the leather allows our artisans to achieve unique patterns just for you.
The patina dye can be used only on high-quality untreated hides.

“Patine” in Latin or French connotes the beauty of aging, such as with the maturation of leather over time.
HOSHINO applies the art of Patina on baby calfskin from INCAS, a
manufacturer we have entrusted since our foundation.
The fine and sophisticated look of the material enhances the
beautiful nuance of the dye.
